Integrated digital Reporting

We went digital at Ironhorse keeping up with technology. Our reporting system has many features that make it easier on the client to keep up with what is happening on the site as well as additional features for accountability for our Security Guards. ​

  • Incident reports will be sent to clients email immediately. Daily logs will be accessible on the online Client portal.

  • The client will have access to a portal for daily logs, Incident reports and pass downs for the client to stay informed. 

  • Our system geo-tracks the Officers throughout the shift and shows their location at all times and creates a map of their route during the shift.

  • Our reporting system is also used to pass down pertinent information such as people/vehicles to be on lookout for (referred to as BOLO’s). 

  • Geo tracking and Real Time Reporting are to ensure the client is in the know and for all Guards to stay accountable.
